Saturday Fall Retreat
Our Fall Retreat offers you an opportunity to pamper yourself with the luxury of time!  It gives you the gift of reflection and connection in a beautiful, natural setting with light desserts and tantalizing teas.
When:
Saturday, October 7, 2006

10:30 am - 12:30pm (enjoy the garden exhibits)

12:30 pm - 4:00 pm (luncheon, seminar, tea ceremony)
Where: Minnesota Landscape Arboretum.

Relax in gracious surroundings and take time to reflect on who you are and what really matters to you!

As you experience the stress-relieving ritual of the tea ceremony, you allow yourself to slow down.  You begin to observe and reconnect with nature, yourself and others.  Our "Tea Time" creates a time and space set apart.  It brings clarity and focus and links us to our innate creativity.

This "Being vs. Doing" Retreat also highlights three additional concepts.  These include: Celebrating the Ordinary, Searching the Questions and Trusting Your Intuition.

Our Retreats are calming events designed to renew your energy and restore your spirit.  In the words of author, Alexandra Stoddard, "When we treat ourselves with the same tender care we give a special friend, we send a signal to our soul that our life has value."

Give yourself this gift of reflection and renewal. Your spirit will thank you.

$75 includes gate fee, parking, garden exhibits, luncheon, seminar, & tea ceremony.

To register: Space is limited so please register in advance online or by calling Jan Fundingsland at 612-752-8491.
