(His breathtaking, artistic photographs and insightful narrative, share how continually striving to embrace an attitude of celebration - personally and professionally - can lead to happier, healthier, more productive lives.)

  2. Exploring ways that "celebrate what's right with the world" enables us to recognize options and opportunities, while helping to unleash our energy and creativity.

  3. Learn how to identify you "Energizing Work Forces" and use this awareness to move toward positive change.

Creative Work Ways
- highlights how creativity, flexibility and resilience are key to maintaining consistent standards of high-level workplace effectiveness. Activities focus on 3 core concepts.

  1. Intentionally using you "5 senses" (seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching) to connect with nature and reduce your daily stress level.

  2. Exploring ways to "reframe" your "reactive" approaches to work and life situations so that you open yourself to possibilities instead of restricting yourself to limitations.

  3. Learning a daily evaluation model for discerning your energizing vs. draining work/life patterns. Then using that awareness to discover creative ways to integrate healthier daily work/life approaches.

A Whole New Mind
- highlights ideas from author Daniel Pink's book and focuses on moving from the Information Age of the knowledge-based worker to the Conceptual Age of the designer-collaborative workers.

  1. Discover connections to right-brain (big picture sensing) and left-brain (detailed, analytical) thought processes through "Mind-Mapping" and "Time Travel" exercises.
